Tickets – important information

Tickets are available for sale only at the venue.

We do not conduct online sales. We encourage you to use the ticket machines, located at the entrance to the tower.
Payment at the vending machines by card.

In addition to the vending machines, a cash desk is available, please report to the cash desk in cases:

purchasing a ticket in cash
desire to receive a VAT invoice/receipt of name
purchasing a group ticket (after prior reservation)
redeeming a voucher

Additional information

NOTE: After purchase, the ticket must be punched for up to 60 minutes. After this time it loses its validity.
If an adult uses a ticket for a child, the ticket will be taken away from him/her without refund. When buying a ticket for a child, you must show proof of the child’s age, otherwise you will not be able to use a discounted ticket.
People with disabilities on the basis of a valid ID card are entitled to a discounted ticket.
Upon presentation of a document confirming the age of the child, admission for children under 3 years of age is free (the child enters on one ticket with an adult).
Form for groups fill out if you plan to come in a group, at least one day before arrival
Entitles you to a group price and free entry for a certified guide.
In case of a claim, it is necessary to submit a receipt from the cash register.
The service provider reserves the right to change the price list. Prices are given in Polish zlotys and include VAT.
The group admission ticket is valid only for one sales document, to be purchased only at the information desk.

Slides

The slide is the additional attraction, payable at the top of the tower with a payment card. If you want a VAT invoice for the slide, be sure to inform the staff downstairs about it before buying entrance tickets.
The slide is not open during rain, fog, strong winds and also during technical break (about 30 minutes). Information about the opening hours of the slide is available in front of the entrance and on our website. It is not possible to return the ticket due to weather conditions.

Parkings

Driving directly to the tower is not possible, except for taxi-buses.
The nearest parking areas are located around the following streets: Górska, Piłsudskiego, and Cardinal S. Wyszyński. We encourage you to choose one of the walking trails leading to Sky Walk:

Access roads to the tower are closed to visitors.
A parking space for vehicles with a disabled parking permit is available near Sky Walk (parking spaces cannot be reserved).

Group tickets

Weather condition

Please be prepared for various weather conditions, especially strong winds, which are common in the Izera Mountains. The operator is not responsible for changing weather conditions at the Sky Walk – Path in the Clouds. We ask visitors to plan responsibly, as tickets are non-refundable.

Pets at Sky Walk

Animals are not allowed on the Sky Walk tower or in the Sky SHOP (except for guide dogs). For the safety of both pets and visitors, please do not bring dogs onto the premises — including small ones carried in bags or strollers.
Pets must not be tied up around the tower. Secure, monitored kennels with lockable doors are available (operated with a refundable one-złoty coin).

Lack of awareness of this rule does not constitute grounds for a ticket refund.
